I want to be a Biblical leader.
I’m passionate about leadership. Although, I dare not say that I have fully arrived, I seem to excel under pressure. I’ve found that my creativity and passion increase as responsibilities mount. Obviously this can result in taking on too much, so balance is key. Like I said, I’m passionate about leadership.
As my mission implies, I find great fulfillment in writing, equipping, and communications. However, those are all just outlets, to which I practice and express my deepest desire; to become the biblically focused leader that I believe God is calling me to be.
Under the above Leading menu, you will find content categories specifically focused on either Biblical Study, Leadership or Outreach. That being said, may I suggest beginning with the following posts centred around biblically based leadership.
- Three Qualities that Made Joshua a Great Leader
- “Lead Well” Available In Print
- Mentorship Into Leadership
- Why Leaders Can’t Afford to Neglect Compassion
- How Obstacles In Leadership are Opportunities for Thanksgiving
- How Leadership Status Falls Short When the Home Is Neglected
I’m always ready to connect with other leaders, or those who feel called to embrace leadership in their area of work or ministry. I would greatly appreciate any opportunity to mentor or be mentored in the area of leadership.
