Being a Christian can be rough. One of the challenges is journeying through seasons of doubt. Not so much doubting whether or not Jesus exists. It’s more like doubting whether or not following Jesus’ example is really worth it. (Yup, I really said that.)
Simple faith is often the most believable. Lean into an authentic and vulnerable trust in Jesus. Don’t let doubt convince you that you need to experience miracles and emotional highs. Not that they can’t happen. Find contentment in the ordinary works of the Holy Spirit, without feeling the need to exaggerate them.
Hebrews 6 raises one of the hardest questions in the Christian life. Can someone truly fall away from faith, or were they never saved to begin with?
