Equipping Your Team
If you’re looking to equip your leadership, board, or ministry team, a Lead Biblically workshop or retreat might be exactly what you need. My approach blends biblical teaching with practical team engagement, and I build every session around three things.
- First, a genuine connection. I create an environment where people actually talk to each other, not just absorb information. Discussion over instruction, every time.
- Second, content that sticks. Through humour, group participation, and interactive learning, your team walks away with insights they’ll still be applying six months later.
- Third, the resources they can use. Every session comes with tools and materials your team can take back to the church and put to work immediately.
