Hi, my name’s Jeremy.

I’m a lead pastor, teacher, writer, and content creator based in Whitehorse, Canada. I help people navigate life and leadership through a biblical lens, because I believe Jesus is our compass and the Bible is our map. That conviction is what built this site.

You’ll find over 800 posts, resources, and teachings here, along with a weekly dose of new content. Most of it is aimed at leaders and pastors who want to go deep, not just get through the week..

My Biography

I live in Whitehorse, Yukon, where I serve as Lead Pastor with Mountainview Church. I’m also a published author with Ambassador International. My memoir, Northern Roads, traces the winding path God used to shape me into the leader I am today. Beyond writing and pastoring, I consult with churches and organizations and am available for speaking.

My background is a bit unusual. Before full-time ministry, I spent years in the business world, and I don’t think that was an accident. God used that season to wire me differently from most pastors. I think about leadership, sustainability, and organizational health through a lens that’s both biblical and practical. That combination shapes everything I teach.

My primary burden is simple: help people lead faithfully. Especially pastors and leaders in smaller churches and smaller communities who often feel under-resourced and overlooked. If that’s you, you belong here.

If your ministry feels stuck but you know God hasn’t finished with it, reach out. Whether you’re looking for coaching, affordable team training, or someone to speak at your event or retreat, I’d love to explore what that could look like. Check out the Speaking and Coaching & Consulting pages for details.

Other Interests

Outside of ministry, I live an outdoorsman’s life, hunting and fishing in the Yukon wilderness and putting every part of the harvest to good use. Yes, including the bear meat. There’s something about subsistence living in the North that keeps you grounded and grateful. Creation has a way of doing that.

I’m also a podcast and audiobook junkie, an Apple guy through and through, and I run two YouTube channels. Lead Biblically covers faith and leadership content, and The Yukon Boys is the outdoor and northern life side of things. You’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, gas station cup or fancy latte, I don’t discriminate.

My Family

Biblical leadership starts at home, and I take that seriously.

I place great value on my time with my wife Nicole and our three sons, Jude, Luke, and Mark. We love making memories through outdoor adventures, and being out in God’s creation recharges our whole family.

That said, some nights nothing beats a good Sabbath rest and a family movie night with a big bowl of popcorn, cherishing our time together.

Contact Information

I’d love to connect. Use the form below or reach me directly at jeremy@leadbiblically.com. If you’re interested in coaching, consulting, or having me speak, the best first step is an email, and we’ll find a time to talk from there. If you’re local, I’d be happy to meet over coffee.

Peace,
Jeremy
