HOW I WAS BAPTIZED 3 TIMES (OR WAS IT 5?)

Every leader will struggle with sin on some level, throughout their entire life. And yet, how a leader positions themselves within that struggle will make all the difference.
I recently completed a personal evaluation in the appendices of a book titled, “Resilient Ministry”. Completing the Emotional Life grid was the most telling. It’s time for some real talk.
I often receive the comment, “I don’t know how you get it all done!” But there’s no super powers involved. It has everything to do with 5:00 AM. Here’s 5 reasons why I love early mornings!

This week, my mentor and I discussed the concept of influence; defined as “the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behaviour of someone or something, or the effect itself.” (Oxford Dictionary) Think about that definition for a moment. Think about the power of influence….
