Church outreach in a secular city is one of the most pressing and underexplored challenges in ministry today. Whitehorse, Yukon, sits at just under 51% non-religious, making it one of the most secular cities in North America. It has a high density of self-identifying atheist, agnostic, or non-religious population, according to Statistics Canada.
